    This is great grill. I fired it up for the first time this past weekend, and we loved. 8 burgers, 8 pieces of chicken, hot dogs, and veggies with room to spare! We have not used the rotisserie yet, but plan to try that out next weekend.

    We bought the Charmglow after comparing reviews on this site. Keep up the good work Roon!

    I bought the 4 burner Charmglow w/rotiserrie #886188 and the gas conversion kit. When I went to install the natural gas conversion kit there were no instructions nor were there any instructions with the grill or any manual or guarantee with the grill. I was very disappointed and unable to use the grill even after calling customer service and they not returning my call. Very disappointed!!!
